What I'm Doing Right Now
VIV & CO PRODUCTIONS Founder
VIV & CO
In my freshman year of college I began to start my career as an Artist Manager under the name Viv & Co Productions. From there I began to implement the lessons and resources from my Berklee classes into real life management practices.
I split my work up with two distinctions: full-time management and project based management. I currently have 2 artists I am a full-time manager for, Honeydew U Love Me? and Anika Sky. Additionally, I am a project based manager for The Lunch Ladies and Subbaci. Below is further detail as to what my work entails.
Full-time Management:
- Publishing.
- Booking performances, radio features, accommodations, rentals, and other press features.
- Organization of all documents, contracts, payments, photos, videos, and other promotional material.
- Marketing ideation for both digital and physical mediums (i.e. social media, merchandising, digital ads, and gorilla marketing tactics).
- Artist brand development and cohesiveness.
- Graphic design and website design.
- Financial advisor and accountant.
- Roadie, photographer, and videographer.
Project Based Management
- Will focus on any specific goal within the management sphere (publishing, marketing, branding, design, booking, etc) with an intentional end date. (e.g “play 2 shows every month within the next 6 months” aka booking manager).
- Advisor in other facets of management that are not currently in-line with specific goal
